Grid My Home is an interior design and execution firm focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial interior spaces. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Experience

1-2 Years in Interior / Civil Construction / Site Supervision

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage labour, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
- Monitor the quality and progress of civil and interior works.
- Ensure proper execution of flooring, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate records of completed work.
- Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization of materials at the site.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and daily work allocation.
- Identify site-related issues and immediately coordinate with the Project Manager / Engineer for resolution.
- Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and daily targets.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update the project team regarding site status.




- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution and material requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and safety practices at the project site.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Assist the project team during client visits, inspections, and handovers.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction site activities.
- Strong understanding of civil and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand basic architectural and interior drawings.
- Good labour and contractor management skills.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and site practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / site reporting will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior, or a related field is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor who can effectively manage site activities, coordinate workers and contractors, maintain quality, and ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
