Key Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve daily incidents/tickets raised through the ticketing portal.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers.
- Resolve Outlook, email, and related technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues and proper ticket documentation.

Required Skills





- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience in printer, scanner, Outlook, and email troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT support processes.
