Events Chakra is a Delhi-based event management company specialising in weddings, corporate events, experiential events, décor and event production. We create visually impactful experiences through creative concepts, detailed planning and flawless execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Design Intern to join our design team. The intern will assist in creating 3D event concepts, stage designs, venue layouts and décor visualisations for weddings and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

* Create 3D designs, renders and visualisations for event setups.

* Develop concepts for stages, backdrops, entrances, lounges, dining areas, mandaps and décor elements.

* Convert 2D concepts/briefs into 3D visualisations.

* Assist the team in preparing 3D layouts, floor plans and event walkthroughs.

* Make design changes based on client and internal team feedback.

* Coordinate with the production and event teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.

* Research new trends, materials, structures and décor ideas.

* Prepare design presentations and mood boards when required.

* Support the team during the pre-production and execution stages of events.

Required Skills

* Basic to good knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD,



Lumion, V-Ray or similar.

* Good understanding of space planning, scale, proportions and basic design principles.

* Creative eye with an interest in event décor and experiential design.

* Ability to understand design briefs and translate ideas into visuals.

* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple design requirements.

Who Can Apply

* Students or freshers pursuing Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Visualisation or a related field.

* Candidates with a portfolio or academic/event design projects will be preferred.

* Previous experience in wedding/event décor or exhibition design is an advantage but not mandatory.
