Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have min. 10-12 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in housing projects, design, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Manage & coordinate civil engineering projects from conception through completion. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Design and Analysis: Develop and review detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, water supply systems, and more. Conduct structural and hydraulic analysis to ensure design integrity.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight on engineering tasks, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Address any issues or deviations promptly.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Adhere project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenditures and work progress,



ensuring projects are completed within financial and temporal constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, planners, and contractors to integrate engineering solutions into overall project designs.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, including design calculations, progress updates, and project documentation. Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all engineering practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a cooperative and productive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

- Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
