We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to supervise and execute 11 kV cabling, electric pole erection, and associated electrical distribution works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, testing, quality control, contractor coordination, documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

- Supervise and monitor 11 kV cable laying and installation activities.
- Coordinate electric pole erection, alignment, foundation and associated electrical works.
- Review electrical drawings, cable routes, BOQs and project specifications before execution.
- Supervise cable trenching, excavation, sand bedding, cable laying, protection and backfilling activities.
- Ensure proper cable routing, identification, dressing and installation as per approved drawings.
- Supervise 11 kV cable jointing, termination and end termination activities.
- Coordinate installation of RMU, HT panels, transformers, isolators, insulators and other associated equipment, wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper earthing arrangements for poles, electrical equipment and installations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for daily site execution and work planning.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports, measurements and work completion records.
- Verify quantities of cables, poles, electrical materials and other project requirements.




- Coordinate with the procurement/stores team for timely availability of materials.
- Supervise and coordinate 11 kV cable testing, including insulation resistance and other required tests.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of 11 kV electrical systems.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and rectify any deviations or defects.
- Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, cable schedules and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements and applicable electrical standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and other project teams during inspections and testing.
- Solid knowledge of 11 kV cable laying and electrical distribution systems.
- Knowledge of HT cable jointing and termination.
- Knowledge of cable trenching, routing, protection and backfilling.
- Knowledge of electric pole erection and distribution-line works.
- Understanding of earthing and electrical safety requirements.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules and layouts.
- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to prepare site reports, measurements and progress updates.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure, 11 kV/HT cabling, electrical distribution, pole erection, utility projects or similar electrical construction projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
