Work you'll do

Provide risk and contract management support to the US Risk Managers as follows:

- Review and analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop appropriate exceptions documents
- Review and provide risk feedback on draft proposals
- Review and provide input on statements of work, work orders, and change orders for medium to high-complexity contractual documents for IT services by reviewing for contractual clarity and promoting risk mitigations
- Identify and document key contractual terms and requirements, including obligations, deliverables, and key methodologies such as performance measures, productivity achievement, and invoicing
- Analyze and assess potential impacts associated with contractual risks and issues
- Help resolve and escalate issues as required
- Periodically interface with internal stakeholders to help monitor progress of contractual obligations and deliverables
- Provide support for customized subcontracting arrangements, working closely with the US Risk Managers to ensure all subcontracts include applicable prime contract flow-down provisions
- Understand stakeholder requirements and develop recommended approaches
- Build relationships with program leadership and other stakeholders
- Serve as an effective team leader by advising, collaborating with, and training junior contract support specialists and providing general oversight of team members’ responsibilities
- Support development of contract management tools, including: annotated contract templates, contracting guidebooks, MSA summaries (for business use),



and methods and processes essential for successful contractual compliance during delivery of engagements
- Manage process implementation activities, including identification of process improvement opportunities for contractual compliance practices
- Participate in risk and contract management process transformation projects
- Conduct risk and contract management related knowledge sharing sessions for team members
- Other ad hoc risk and contract management support activities as required

The mission of Quality and Risk Management (QRM) is to manage the risk in our growing and increasingly complex business to improve financial performance and protect the firm’s assets and reputation.

Location: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/ Pune/ Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Education: BBA/BA/BS in related field
- Possess 10-14 years of post-qualification experience in risk and contract management
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive approach in performing duties, problem solving, and issue resolution
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office - Word, Basic Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working on full contract lifecycle
- Experience working on commercial IT services contracts
- Experience in identifying contractual/business risks and suggesting risk mitigations

Preferred:

- Advanced degree (e.g. law or business)
- Exposure to contract language and risk mitigations associated with complex IT services contracting and access to highly confidential client information including PII/PHI
