Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify CNC programs for CNC Turning / VMC / HMC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Develop programs using G-code, M-code and relevant CNC programming software.
- Select suitable cutting tools, work-holding methods, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
- Set and optimize machining parameters to improve cycle time and tool life.
- Conduct program simulation and prove-out before production.
- Troubleshoot CNC program and machining-related issues.
- Coordinate with production, quality, tooling, and design teams.
- Make program corrections based on inspection reports and production requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of CNC programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling geometry, and machining parameters.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
