*US Customer Support Executive* with 1+ years of experience required in a *US Trucking Compliance organisation* required in a having operations at *Dahisar (nearby station)*, Mumbai

Working Hours: *7 pm to 4 am & Monday - Friday*

JD:

* *Manage data entry and maintenance of customer records for trucking permits* and licensing services

* Process applications for USDOT, MC Authority, BOC-3, UCR, IFTA, IRP, SCAC, and HVUT (Form 2290)

* *Verify customer documents and maintain permit, registration, renewal, invoice,* and compliance records

* *Track permit renewals and update registration and expiration details*

* Coordinate with Tax, Payroll, Insurance, and Accounting teams for documentation and record management

* Prepare reports and spreadsheets to monitor permit applications and operational data

* *Organize electronic files and handle customer record verification requests*





* Assist with special permit applications for oversized and overweight vehicle operations

* *Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance* with company standards

Salary - *Rs 25,000 per month* (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
