Floor Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for an effective Floor Coordinator to manage smooth day-to-day operations on assigned hospital floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between patients, attendants, nursing and support teams.
- Monitor floor activities and ensure timely assistance.
- Support patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Coordinate housekeeping and other support services.
- Resolve routine operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain proper coordination and service standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
