About Nirora Practice

Nirora Practice is building a Platform for Consulting Firms — a B2B SaaS platform designed to help consulting firms deliver compliance, ESG and reporting services more efficiently.

We are currently at the MVP development stage and are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer who is interested in joining early and potentially growing into a CTO / Technical Co-Founder role.

The founder currently leads business, product, customer discovery, sales and overall company direction. The immediate requirement is someone who can take robust ownership of the technology and product engineering side.

The Opportunity

This is primarily a hands-on full-stack development role at the beginning.

You will be expected to build and improve the product across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure.

For the right person, this can evolve into a CTO / Technical Co-Founder position, with increasing ownership of:

- Technical architecture and strategy
- Engineering decisions
- Technology hiring
- Engineering team management
- Product and technical direction
- Long-term technology roadmap

You do not need to be a CTO on day one. What matters is strong engineering ability, ownership and the interest to grow with the company.

What You Will Work On

- Build and maintain Nirora's SaaS platform
- Develop frontend and backend features end-to-end
- Design and develop APIs and backend services
- Work with databases and data models
- Integrate AI / LLM capabilities into the product
- Build third-party integrations where required
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Improve application performance, security and reliability
- Make pragmatic architecture and technology decisions
- Convert product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Debug and solve complex technical problems independently
- Work closely with the founder on product and technical decisions
- Eventually participate in technology hiring and lead the engineering team

Technical Background

Strong hands-on experience in several of the following areas is expected:

- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- Python
- REST APIs
- Database design and development
- SaaS application development
- AI / LLM integration
- AWS / Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
- Deployment and production systems
- Authentication, security and application architecture
- Building and maintaining web-based products

You do not need to match every technology listed above.

Strong full-stack product-building ability,



problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly matter more than a perfect technology-stack match.

CTO / Co-Founder Path

For someone who demonstrates strong technical ownership and wants to build a company, the role can develop into a CTO / Technical Co-Founder position.

As the company grows, responsibilities may expand to include:

- Owning the overall technology strategy
- Making major architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Defining engineering processes
- Hiring and managing developers
- Building the engineering team
- Setting technical standards
- Contributing to product strategy
- Participating in important company-level decisions

The broader co-founder role is based on actual contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment, not simply job title.

Founder Collaboration

The founder will primarily own:

- Business strategy
- Product direction
- Customer discovery
- Sales
- Partnerships
- Overall company direction

The technical co-founder / CTO will primarily own:

- Technology
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Development
- Technical hiring
- Technical execution

However, we value founders who can understand areas outside their primary responsibility and contribute when needed.

You may be expected to participate in customer discussions, product decisions and business discussions when your technical perspective is valuable.

Equity

This is an equity-only opportunity.

There is currently no salary or fixed compensation.

Equity will be discussed based on:

- Technical experience
- Level of responsibility
- Expected contribution
- Time and commitment
- Ownership of technology
- Long-term involvement in the company




- Whether the role remains primarily technical or expands into broader company-building responsibilities

Someone taking ownership primarily of engineering will have a different contribution level from someone who eventually takes significant responsibility across technology, product and company-building.

Equity will be structured with appropriate vesting and discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.
