Team: Hospitality GCC — a dedicated team for a US beachfront resort group (Connecticut)

Location: Gurugram office preferred; hybrid available. Travel to the US once or twice a year for quarterly client reviews

Working Time: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, with a daily overlap to the client's US morning

The Mission:

You are accountable to CLOUDIT and to the client for a dedicated Global Capability Center serving a full-service US resort: four seats, two of them on US Eastern hours, replacing the client's in-house controller, AP and AR positions and adding FP&A.; You set the method, own the routine in Praxa, review what reaches ownership, and are the client's escalation point above the team. This is also the first engagement of CLOUDIT's hospitality practice — the person who makes it work shapes how we serve the next ten resorts.

What We Look For Experience:

8–15 years in hotel finance or hospitality shared services — Director of Finance, cluster finance,



or GSC leadership at a branded hotel group; or Big-4 hospitality advisory with hands-on controllership. Hotel accounting: deep USALI, night audit, guest/city/deposit ledgers, banquet and group accounting, F&B; cost control — and able to teach it. Client presence: has sat across from owners and general managers; excellent written and spoken English. Tools: any major PMS and POS; Sage 100 a plus; comfortable specifying automation for a platform team. Credentials: CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA or CHAE welcome — evidence of the objectives above matters more.
