Position: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work
Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to handle field sales activities, develop new business opportunities, generate leads independently, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Field work is an essential part of this role.
- Generate leads independently through field activities, networking, references, and local market development.
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up with generated leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations as required.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer follow-ups, and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and completion of customer requirements.
- Provide regular field activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
- Two-Wheeler – Mandatory
- Willingness to undertake regular field work and travel.
- Must be capable of generating leads independently.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in field sales, direct sales, solar, renewable energy, or related industries will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in field sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
