We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to deliver and support a product lifecycle platform powered by Java, Angular, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. You will join an AI-native engagement that embeds AI Ops and AI SDLC practices early and helps run microservices at massive throughput.

Responsibilities

- Deliver new capabilities and sustain the product lifecycle platform built with Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
- Support a microservices architecture designed for industrial-scale workloads
- Follow established engineering standards and CI/CD practices during development
- Integrate services via REST APIs and additional service-to-service connections
- Ensure dependable operations under a 24/5 schedule, with 24/7 support for P1/P2 incidents
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing with the engineering team
- React constructively to feedback and raise clarifying questions to improve outcomes




- Pivot rapidly in a changing environment while learning modern engineering approaches

Requirements

- Deep background of 8–12 years building Java Full Stack solutions alongside Angular
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs and inter-service communication patterns
- Strong alignment with defined engineering standards and CI/CD ways of working
- Proven ability to collaborate well and accept constructive input from teammates
- Careful, detail-oriented approach for high-availability production platforms
- English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above

Nice to have

- Exposure to Kafka, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and/or microservices architecture patterns
- Background in teams that use structured code review and testing processes
