The Project Coordinator Head will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring, and control of multiple construction sites simultaneously. The role involves coordinating site teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, procurement, planning, billing, quality, safety, and management to ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects/sites from the head office.
- Act as the central coordination point between management, project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, budgets, and targets.
- Obtain regular progress reports from all sites and consolidate them into management reports.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, resource shortages, and site-level issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular review meetings with project/site teams and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, equipment, and subcontractor requirements across different sites.




- Coordinate with the procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, work orders, and other project documentation from a coordination perspective.
- Coordinate with consultants and design teams regarding RFI, drawings, revisions, approvals, and technical issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate resolution of execution-related issues.
- Track project billing, work orders, variations, measurements, certifications, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
- Monitor quality-control activities and ensure compliance with approved specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate with HSE/Safety teams to ensure implementation of safety procedures at all sites.
- Maintain a centralized project tracker/dashboard covering progress, cost, manpower, materials, procurement, approvals, risks, and critical issues.
- Escalate major project risks and delays to senior management with recommended corrective actions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
