Role Overview

We are looking for a Category Manager to build and scale categories across wellness, personal care, beauty, skincare, nutrition, and lifestyle health.

The role involves working closely with the Founding Team, R&D;, Marketing, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Supply Chain to identify consumer needs, develop products, and drive category growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute category strategies.
- Identify consumer needs, market trends, and new category opportunities.
- Drive new product development from concept to launch and scale.
- Work with R&D;, formulators, healthcare experts, and external manufacturers.
- Own product positioning, pricing, assortment, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Marketing on GTM, campaigns, content, and consumer communication.




- Analyse sales, customer feedback, market data, margins, inventory, and profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, procurement, and supply chain.

Ideal Candidate

- 4–7 years in Category Management, Product Management, or Brand Management.
- Experience in Healthcare Services, Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Consumer Health, Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or retail preferred.
- Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and wellness trends.
- Experience in new product development and working with external manufacturers is a plus.
- Strong analytical, commercial, project-management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; e-commerce analytics knowledge preferred.
