About the Role

We are seeking a versatile CAD Draftsman with a balanced understanding of both architectural planning and structural detailing. In this role, you will convert architectural concepts and structural engineering schemes into accurate, site-ready working drawings, submission sets, and execution details.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Drafting: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawing sets, including floor plans, external elevations, building cross-sections, staircase/lift core details, and door/window schedules.
- Structural Detailing: Develop framing layouts, RCC column/beam details, foundation layouts, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Cross-check structural grids and slab cutouts against architectural layouts to resolve clashes before drawings hit the site.
- Municipal & Working Drawings:



Format drawings in compliance with local municipal submission guidelines, DCR norms, and office layering/sheet standards.
- Revisions & As-Builts: Incorporate site changes, architect redlines, and consultant feedback into revised drawing registers.

Requirements & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or ITI Draughtsman (Civil).
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; working knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage.
- Sound grasp of building anatomy, standard architectural line weights, dimensioning, and structural detailing symbols.
- Ability to interpret hand sketches and convert them into clean, scaled working drawings with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,219.43 - ₹37,689.69 per month
