Job Description:

A Site Supervisor with a background in Civil Engineering and 6+ years of experience specializes in overseeing interior construction and renovation projects. This role requires a robust foundation in civil engineering principles and practical knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Supervise and manage all aspects of interior construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Team Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the interior construction process. Assign tasks, schedule work, and monitor progress.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee that interior work meets design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Materials and Equipment: Ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for interior construction work. Monitor material usage and inventory.

Site Safety: Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections. Address safety concerns promptly.

Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and design drawings. Ensure that interior construction aligns with the design intent.

Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and potential deviations from the project plan.

Problem Solving:



Identify and address construction-related issues and challenges promptly. Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily construction logs, inspection reports, and change orders.

Client Communication: Interact with clients and address their questions, concerns, and requests related to interior construction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with a focus on interior construction and renovation.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and methods.
- Understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and safety.
- Effective communication skills for interactions with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project conditions.
- Site Supervisor or related certifications (if applicable in your region) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
