We are hiring Freshers for our Operations team!

Eligibility:
12th Pass (+2) / Graduates
Freshers from any field can apply
Basic computer knowledge
Positive English communication skills
Attention to detail
Comfortable working in Australian shifts

Shift Timings:
Shift 1: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Shift 2: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Salary: Attractive salary packages for freshers based on skills and suitability.

Job Responsibilities
The role involves monitoring client sites through an AI-based automated portal, handling client follow-ups, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.




The main focus will be on:

✔Identifying issues proactively
✔ Maintaining process accuracy
✔ Handling client follow-ups
✔ Preparing and maintaining reports
✔ Avoiding client escalations
✔ Following standard operating procedures

Training: Complete training will be provided to help you understand the tools, process, and systems. Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
