- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, budget, and occasion.
- Recommend suitable ethnic wear such as sarees, suits, kurtis, lehengas, dupattas, and other products.
- Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, colors, styling options, and pricing.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase the overall bill value.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
- Assist customers with trial, fitting, size selection, and alterations where applicable.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
- Check stock availability and help with replenishment and merchandising.
- Build positive relationships with regular and prospective customers.
- Maintain awareness of new arrivals, offers, collections, and ongoing promotions.
- Follow store policies, billing procedures, and loss-prevention practices.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
