Staff Nurse – Homecare

Position: Staff Nurse - Homecare

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a homecare setting as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the concerned doctor or healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
- Provide compassionate, qualified, and patient-centered care.
- Support patients and their families with appropriate nursing guidance and care.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience is mandatory.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration is mandatory.
- Previous homecare or relevant departmental experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-care and clinical skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
