We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in core design principles and hands-on expertise in Generative AI tools and workflows.

In this role, you will bridge traditional design craftsmanship with cutting-edge AI technology to produce high-impact marketing collateral, digital posters, campaign creatives, and AI-generated media (images & video assets). If you know how to prompt, iterate, composite, and refine visuals at speed using both modern AI agents and industry-standard design software, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Creative Asset Production: Design high-conversion posters, banners, social media posts, advertising creatives, and promotional material using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual suites.
- AI-Powered Visual Generation: Utilize AI tools and models—such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Nano Banana, and Flow—to generate base concepts, realistic scenes, character iterations, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Prompt Engineering & Tool Iteration: Develop and refine structured prompts to achieve desired styles, lighting, camera angles, typography, and brand-consistent compositions.
- Post-Processing & Hybrid Workflow: Retouch, blend, color-correct, and enhance raw AI outputs inside Photoshop and Illustrator to remove visual artifacts and ensure production-ready quality.
- AI Video Asset Creation: Generate short-form promotional videos,



motion assets, and social reels using AI video generation tools and editing platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain typography, hierarchy, color palettes, and overall visual fidelity across all brand touchpoints and campaigns.
- Workflow Innovation: Continuously test and introduce emerging Generative AI models, plugins, and design workflows to accelerate creative turnaround times.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design (agency, studio, or in-house).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Text/Reasoning Models: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Studio
- Image/Creative AI: Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Secure Diffusion, or similar image synthesis platforms
- Video/Motion AI: AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Flow, or comparable platforms)
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and poster composition.
- Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio or reel showcasing a mix of standard design work and AI-assisted assets (posters, generated art, blended compositions, or AI video clips).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
