Role Purpose: To manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensure timely completion of production orders, supervise factory staff, and maintain systematic control of raw material procurement, issuance, utilization, wastage and stock.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and monitor daily production activities based on confirmed orders and committed delivery timelines.

 Supervise manufacturing staff and ensure disciplined, organized and productive working practices.

 Allocate jobs to the team and monitor progress against planned timelines.

 Ensure availability of required raw materials before production starts.

 Maintain records of procurement vs. material issuance vs. actual utilization for materials such as ply, wood, frames, rexin, foam, screws, nuts, glue, fittings, etc.

 Establish and maintain product-wise material consumption / BOM records.

 Monitor material wastage, shortages and excess consumption and highlight deviations.

 Coordinate with procurement / stores to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent production stoppages.

 Track every order from material readiness → production → QC → packing → dispatch.

 Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action to minimize order delays.

 Maintain daily / weekly production and material utilization reports for management.

 Ensure proper housekeeping,



material storage and inventory discipline within the manufacturing facility.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on manufacturing professional with 3–6 years of experience in furniture, fabrication, upholstery, interior products, or a similar manufacturing environment. Should be comfortable managing factory workers, production schedules and material records, with good Excel / reporting and inventory control skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
