About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS & Business Analyst who can take ownership of business reporting, data analysis and management information systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis and business reporting skills, with the ability to convert raw business data into meaningful insights for management.

Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, distribution, inventory, purchase and business performance data.
- Develop management dashboards and performance reports.
- Prepare Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts and dynamic Excel reports.
- Use advanced Excel formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
- Clean, validate and organize large datasets.
- Identify data discrepancies, trends and business gaps.
- Prepare business performance analysis for management.
- Track KPIs and prepare variance reports.
- Create automated and standardized MIS reporting formats.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate business data.
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems.




- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Support management in business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all MIS reports.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS / Business Analysis / Reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts.
- Excellent knowledge of XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP.
- Strong command of SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH and advanced formulas.
- Data cleaning, validation and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of business reporting and KPIs.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Background

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

IT | ITES | MNC | Corporate | Sales | Business Operations | FMCG | Consumer Durables | Retail | E-commerce | Financial Services | Insurance | Distribution | Wholesale | Trading | Organized Businesses | Candidates from MNCs, IT/ITES, organized corporate businesses, established sales organizations and companies with structured MIS/Business Analytics functions will be preferred. Candidates should have strong Advanced Excel skills and the ability to independently analyze business data and present actionable insights to management.
