Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain products/services, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective clients.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and well-spoken.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
