WINGS Brand Activations is looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Executive to manage field operations, coordinate with field teams and clients, and handle MIS/system-related activities.

Key Responsibilities Field Operations – 70%

- Conduct field visits to client locations, branches, stores, and activity locations.
- Coordinate and monitor field teams and daily operational activities.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with field executives, supervisors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and activity execution.
- Collect field reports, photographs, documents, and activity details.
- Follow up with field teams for pending activities and reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel to different locations based on business requirements.

MIS / System Work – 30%

- Maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly operational data using MS Excel.
- Prepare and update MIS reports, trackers, and operational records.
- Maintain attendance, productivity, activity, and performance data.
- Consolidate information received from field teams.
- Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations for management/client requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
