About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our team in chennai.
The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting doctors, introducing and explaining our concept, building professional relationships, generating interest and converting qualified opportunities.
This is a performance and commission-based opportunity, where your earning potential increases with successful conversions. High-performing MRs can earn payouts of up to ₹1,00,000 per successful conversion, subject to the applicable conversion and payout structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals across city.
- Introduce and professionally present the company's concept.
- Explain the concept, benefits and relevant details to doctors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors.
- Identify potential doctors and healthcare professionals who may be interested in the concept.
- Conduct meetings and presentations.
- Follow up with interested doctors and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding prospective conversions.
- Work towards achieving individual conversion targets.
- Represent the company professionally during all doctor interactions.
Qualification
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related backgrounds will be preferred.
- Previous experience as an MR, Medical Sales Executive, Pharma Sales Representative or Healthcare Business Development Executive will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
