Position: Customer Service & Soft Collections Specialist
Qualification: Graduate
Joining: Immediate | 1st September
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 Take-Home/Month
Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 Take-Home/Month

- EXCELLENT VERBAL & WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
- Strong customer handling & negotiation skills
- Active listening & problem-solving
- Customer service / collections experience preferred
- Target-oriented approach
- Rotational Shifts: 4:30 PM | 8:30 PM | 1:30 AM6 rotational week-offs per month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
