Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Aculyze Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and responsive digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid design fundamentals, a good understanding of user behavior, and the ability to work closely with product and development teams.

Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and convert them into user-friendly designs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when required.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provided UI/UX feedback.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual elements.
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve product experiences.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0-2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles, UI design, responsive design, and usability.




- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or B2B applications.
- Experience with mobile app design.
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigJam, Miro, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
