Job Description:
We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for IT positions with our US-based clients. This is a full time night shift role aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal database, and networking
- Understand client requirements (job description, skills, rate) and identify suitable candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical fit, communication, and visa status
- Negotiate rates/salary with candidates and coordinate with account managers/clients
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: submission, interview scheduling, offer, and onboarding




- Maintain and update candidate database (ATS) regularly
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT)
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards and Boolean search
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
