About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own and grow our email marketing channel across Care Learning.

This is a performance-focused role. You will be responsible for turning leads into customers, re-engaging inactive leads, increasing repeat purchases, and building automated email journeys that directly contribute to revenue and course bookings.

You will work closely with our Performance Marketing, Sales, Content and Product teams to improve the complete customer journey from lead generation through conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Develop lead-nurturing sequences for leads generated through Meta Ads, website enquiries and other channels.
- Build automation flows for:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
