Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and passionate Commis Chefs to join our Lucknow Lounge team.
Location: Lucknow Junction Railway Station
Position: Commis Chef
Department: Kitchen / Food Production
Open Positions – Commi -l ,Commi-ll,Commi- lll
We are looking for Commis Chefs with experience in any of the following sections:
Indian Curry Section
Chinese Section
South Indian Section
Chaat Section
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle mise en place and daily preparation for the assigned section.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow proper storage and stock-rotation procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Coordinate effectively with senior chefs and other kitchen team members.
- Follow instructions and maintain smooth operations during service.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in the relevant cuisine/section will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced lounge environment.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with relevant hotel, restaurant, lounge or QSR experience can apply.
