We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and prospective learners regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.

* Understand students' academic and career requirements.

* Provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees, and admission processes.

* Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable programs.

* Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records.

* Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain skilled communication with students and parents.

* Coordinate with the admission and academic teams when required.

* Update daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.
