Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.



Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in Generative AI is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Shell Scripting is suggested.
Analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Support the implementation of automation strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Share expertise to guide team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
