About Our Business Ladder

Our Business Ladder is a business consulting and marketing advisory firm helping brands and businesses build visibility, strengthen their marketing strategies, and achieve sustainable growth.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, search optimization, and paid advertising.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for brands and businesses.
- Plan and manage SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage social media marketing (SMM) across relevant platforms.
- Create and implement social content management strategies.
- Work on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search visibility.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop YouTube marketing strategies, including video optimization and channel growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports.
- Research digital marketing trends and implement practical strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve brand visibility, audience engagement,



and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of content strategy and social media management.
- Knowledge of YouTube optimization and video marketing.
- Familiarity with AI search, AEO, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
