Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – Inventory

Experience: 10+ Years

Role: Senior Functional Consultant / Lead

Primary Module: Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – Inventory with 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, integration and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion Inventory implementation, enhancement and support activities.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

- Conduct requirement workshops, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and gap analysis.

- Configure Oracle Fusion Inventory Management.

- Configure Inventory Organizations, Subinventories and Stock Locators.

- Work on inventory transactions, transfers and inventory adjustments.

- Configure and support Subinventory Transfers and Inter-Organization Transfers.

- Work on Transfer Orders and inventory movement processes.

- Configure and support Inventory Reservations and material availability.

- Work on Lot and Serial Number control.

- Support Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory processes.

- Handle miscellaneous receipts, issues and inventory adjustments.

- Support receiving and inventory-related processes.

- Work on inventory period close and reconciliation activities.

- Provide functional solutions for complex Inventory business requirements.

- Work closely with Procurement, Order Management, Cost Management, Product Hub and Manufacturing teams.

- Support cross-module integration and provide functional specifications.

- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports and extensions.





- Support data migration and inventory conversion activities.

- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios and test scripts.

- Conduct SIT, UAT and defect resolution.

- Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

- Handle production support and provide root-cause analysis.

- Manage client stakeholders and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

- Mentor junior consultants and lead functional deliverables.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of Oracle SCM Functional experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management.

- Multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience.

- Strong Oracle Fusion Inventory configuration experience.

- Inventory Organizations, Subinventories and Stock Locators.

- Inventory Transactions and Inventory Adjustments.

- Subinventory Transfers and Inter-Organization Transfers.

- Transfer Orders.

- Inventory Reservations.

- Lot and Serial Number Control.

- Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory.

- Receiving processes.

- Inventory Period Close.

- Strong integration knowledge with Procurement and Order Management.

- Good understanding of Inventory and Cost Management integration.

- Requirement gathering, solution design and gap analysis.

- SIT/UAT and testing experience.

- Data migration/conversion experience.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Education
