Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads or sales by communicating effectively with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries

Explain products/services clearly and effectively

Generate leads and follow up on existing leads

Maintain a database of customer interactions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or regional language)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Good listening skills and patience

Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
