Roles & Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for clients, including strategies, goals, budgets, and tactics, aligned with their unique needs and objectives. ● Oversee public relations and public-facing marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand storytelling and positioning. ● Ensure effective management of project workflows, timelines, and delegation to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines effectively. ● Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with existing and potential media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility. ● Supervise and coordinate press opportunities, including interviews, features, and events, to strategically position clients in the media landscape, both lifestyle and corporate stories. ● Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with client goals and drive brand growth. ● Process, monitor, and communicate detailed PR performance reports on a monthly basis, offering actionable insights for optimization. ● Lead, mentor, and inspire the PR team to deliver high-quality campaigns and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.



● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging PR tools, and digital communication techniques to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the PR industry. Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. ● 5+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in designing and executing successful campaigns across industries. Experience in lifestyle including hospitality and fashion is a must. ● Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering creativity and professional growth. ● Strong relationships with both local and national media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate brand narratives effectively. ● Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under client deadlines. ● In-depth understanding of traditional and digital PR strategies, including emerging trends in the media landscape.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
