We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support a project for our client.

Position Details
Role: Workday Functional Consultant – HRMS
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Remote
Engagement: Contract
Joining: Immediate / ASAP
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST to support the PST time zone
Required Skills & Experience
The candidate should have robust hands-on functional experience in the following Workday HCM/HRMS modules:
Advanced Compensation
Compensation
Time Management
Absence Management
Strong understanding of Workday Integrations / EIB
Strong Workday Reporting experience
Good understanding of Workday Security
Ability to work independently with business stakeholders and support functional requirements




Ideal Candidate
10+ years of overall experience
Strong functional expertise in Workday HRMS
Hands-on experience across the required modules
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working in the 7 PM – 2 AM IST shift
