JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER And PRE-SALES ENGINEER

Job Summary

The combined role bridges customer service, lead generation, and back-office support. You serve as the primary voice of the company over the phone or online while ensuring the office runs smoothly through proper record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative organization.

The electrical engineers candidates should be good enough for coordination with site engineers for site execution and they have to do the kseb legal and documentation works

Duties and Responsibilities

- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries and make outbound calls to pitch products, services, or gather leads.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Qualify prospective clients, nurture leads, and track progress using scripts or CRM software.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries, address complaints professionally, and relay accurate company information.
- Call Logging:



Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and next steps in spreadsheets or tracking systems.
- KSEB documentation
- Book keeping
- Solar subsidy work

Educational Qualification

- Education: bachelor's degree in any stream (BA,BCOM,BBA, Btech)
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and experience with CRM or database tools.
- Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication, active listening, time management, and organizational abilities.)
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in native languages.
