Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: IT Park, Dehradun
Experience: Freshers/ 6 Months preferably in US voice process
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Industry: US Staffing – Healthcare
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, screen, and recruit healthcare & IT/Non-IT professionals through various job portals.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.





· Negotiate pay rates and close candidates on job offers.

· Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified professionals.

· Maintain timely and accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 0–6 months of experience in any domain preferably US voice process.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Willing to work in the Night Shift (US Time Zone).

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
