The Propertist is a fast-growing prop-tech and digital marketing platform helping real estate developers and channel partners generate high-quality leads and build strong digital brands. If you have a passion for sales, real estate, and closing high-value B2B deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, podcasts, interviews, and promotional content.
- Handle professional Cinema/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Independently manage on-ground shoots and ensure good framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Create crisp, engaging, and retention-focused videos with strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and storytelling.
- Add motion graphics, animated text, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Handle colour correction, basic colour grading, audio enhancement, and final video polishing.
- Use AI tools for editing, transcription, captioning,



object removal, scripting, and content creation.
- Optimize and deliver videos in formats suitable for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, presentations, and other platforms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, photography, content creation, or video production.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, video editing, camera handling, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently from concept to final delivery.
- Good creative eye and ability to make videos clean, crisp, engaging, and professional.
- Knowledge of AI video/content tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Adobe AI tools, etc.
- Positive command of English and Hindi.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, shooting, and motion graphics is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
