- Maintenance & Repairs: Fix small plumbing issues, replace broken light fixtures, patch drywall, and do basic carpentry or lock repairs.
- Property Upkeep: Clean common areas, mow lawns, pull weeds, care for gardens, and keep outdoor walkways clean.
- Security & Safety: Check doors, windows, gates, and security cameras daily to ensure the property is secure.
- Vendor Coordination: Let outside contractors (like electricians or plumbers) onto the property and supervise their work.
