Key Responsibilities

- Concept & Master Planning: Develop initial design concepts, site plans, elevations, and structural schemes based on client requirements, site conditions, and budget.
- Technical Drawings & Documentation: Produce comprehensive construction documents, detailed blueprints, and 3D digital models using BIM and CAD software.
- Zoning & Code Compliance: Ensure all building plans comply with local zoning bylaws, state building codes, fire regulations, and environmental standards.
- Contractor & Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, as well as landscape architects and surveyors, to integrate all building systems.
- Permitting & Bidding: Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies for planning approvals and building permits; assist clients in analyzing contractor bids.
- Construction Administration: Perform site visits to inspect ongoing construction work, resolve design issues in the field, review shop drawings, and verify that the build matches the approved plans.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active professional license to practice architecture (e.g., NCARB registration in the US, COA registration in India, or country equivalent).
- Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in an architectural firm managing projects from design through construction.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and rendering software (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion).
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, structural systems, and sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED or BREEAM).
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, excellent client presentation skills, sharp attention to detail, and adaptive problem-solving.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
