About Skykart

Skykart is India’s drone superstore, offering drones, FPV gear, cameras and creator equipment.

We are building a growing D2C business in a category that brings together technology, creators, photography and drones. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who wants to take real ownership of marketing and help build the function from the ground up.

About the Role

This is not a role where you will only coordinate with agencies or manage social media calendars.

You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activities that drive visibility, traffic and sales.

You do not need to be an expert in every marketing channel. What matters most is that you have personally executed paid marketing, understand marketing numbers and are comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google paid campaigns
- Track campaign performance and understand metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions and ROAS
- Manage and improve website content, product pages and landing pages
- Support SEO through keyword research, on-page optimisation and content improvements
- Write or improve ad copy, product copy, promotional content and other customer-facing content
- Plan and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns
- Manage and improve marketplace product listings
- Track weekly marketing numbers and share clear insights on what is working and what needs to change
- Work closely with the founders on campaigns, offers, launches and growth initiatives




- Identify opportunities, test ideas and take action without waiting for detailed instructions

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands or startups
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads or other paid campaigns
- Ability to explain campaigns you have personally managed, including the objective, budget, approach and results
- Positive understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance
- Strong written communication and the ability to write content that supports sales
- Comfortable working across multiple marketing activities rather than being limited to one channel
- A practical, execution-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly

Good to Have

Experience with:

- Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools
- Email and WhatsApp marketing platforms
- Amazon, Flipkart or other marketplaces
- Performance marketing for D2C products
