The Hypermarket Store Manager is the primary leader responsible for the overall operational success, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the store. They oversee high-volume daily activities across grocery, fresh foods, non-food merchandise, and supply chain logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

- Financial & P&L; Management: Manage the multi-departmental store budget, drive revenue growth, control operational expenses, minimize shrinkage/waste, and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and floor staff. Foster a high-performance culture, manage staff scheduling, and oversee payroll efficiency.
- Merchandising & Inventory Control: Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays across large retail floors. Monitor stock levels, oversee high-frequency cycle counts, and manage large-scale stock audits.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain efficient warehouse-to-shelf logistics,



regulate pricing accuracy, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and fire regulations.
- Customer Experience & Standards: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Resolve complex customer escalations promptly and maintain clean, welcoming shopping aisles and checkout zones.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Relations: Coordinate with regional buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate optimal product delivery schedules, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and manage returns.
- Loss Prevention & Security: Implement rigorous asset protection measures, monitor loss prevention protocols, and collaborate with security teams to mitigate internal and external shrink.
