Position: Purchase Executive

Location : Dhadge Industrial Estate, Nanded Phata, Pune.

Experience : 0 – 2 years First year trainee.

Skillset :

BSc (electronics / physics) / BE / diploma electrical / mechanical / electronics

o Understand BOM and components

o Basic computer operation

o Communication skills

o Interested in purchase function

Job Description :

Carry out purchase function as per process

- Check which parts / components / products / stationary and services are to be ordered from all departments
- Check current prices and negotiate wherever required
- Generate correct Purchase Orders
- Send Purchase Orders
- Follow up vendors for timely delivery
- Evaluate vendors and report to management from time to time.
- Vendor approval
- Keep track of shortage and order accordingly
- Work in a team Visit vendors if required
- Visit market for purchasing if required.
- Any other task related to purchase as decided by management
- Coordinate with all departments as required
- Maintain documentation
