· Prime responsibility to ensure that material is available on time for order execution.

· Prepare construction order in Navision on receipt of order

· Release of production order on receiving manufacturing clearance from 0M

· Reservation of material against order

· Check material availability against order

· Report generation of shortage items against order

· PR generation of shortage items in FM/ 1 57 — RI and getting approval for the same.

· Handover of PR to purchaser for procurement.

· Monitoring and expediting delivery periods of shortage items.

· Vendor visit/communicating with venders for expediting of material.

· Order scheduling and weekly assembly plan release after 100% availability of material.

· Maintaining PPC track report.

· Conduct daily meetings with cross functions for material chasing and order updates.

· Support SAP implementation in the function.
