2. ABOUT INTTEGRIA GLOBAL PARTNER
Inttegria Global Partner is a Financial Intelligence Organisation. We do not sell isolated compliance filings — we deliver integrated financial and business intelligence to growing organisations through our proprietary IIFTS (Integrated Intelligence Financial Transformation System) framework.
Our services span three verticals: National and Global Professional Services; Audit, Accounting and Compliance; and an Online Startup Platform. Within these, our Dedicated Accountant (AOX) programme embeds a named accountant inside a client organisation as a Virtual CFO-equivalent resource — dedicated, not rotating; measured, not assumed; proactive, not on-request.
Why this matters for a fresher
You will not be filed away in a back-office data-entry seat. From day one you are assigned to live client books under the D-AOX responsibility framework, with a structured 8-point progression from Business Understanding through to Evaluation and Accountability. This is a career path into Virtual CFO and financial advisory work, not a bookkeeping dead end.
3. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Entry-Level Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time books for allocated client accounts and supporting the Dedicated Accountant team in delivering the full D-AOX responsibility cycle. The role exists to ensure that every client's financial data is clean, current and reconciled — so that the intelligence layer built on top of it (reconciliations, budget forecasts, RTI dashboards and advisory) is reliable.
4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES4.1 Daily and Recurring Accounting Operations
▪ Record day-to-day accounting entries — sales, purchases, journals, receipts, payments and contra — in the client's accounting software with correct ledger classification.
▪ Maintain complete bookkeeping for allocated client accounts, ensuring books are closed and current on a real-time or agreed cycle basis.
▪ Perform bank, vendor, customer and inter-company reconciliations; identify, investigate and clear differences.
▪ Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ageing — track outstanding invoices, follow up on collections and schedule payables.
▪ Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit and debit notes, and maintain supporting documentation.
▪ Track and classify business expenses, validate supporting bills, and flag policy or budget deviations.
▪ Assist in cash flow tracking and daily / weekly fund position reporting.
4.2 Compliance and Statutory Support
▪ Prepare GST working sheets and assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 filings; support Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation against GSTR-2A / 2B.
▪ Assist with TDS computation, challan preparation, payment and quarterly return filing via TRACES.
▪ Support payroll processing inputs, PF/ESI workings and Professional Tax compliance.
▪ Compile data and schedules for statutory audit, tax audit and annual ITR filing from the year's Profit & Loss.
▪ Maintain compliance calendars for allocated clients and escalate due dates well in advance.
4.3 Reporting, Analysis and Client Support
▪ Prepare monthly MIS packs — Trial Balance,
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and ageing schedules — for senior review.
▪ Populate and maintain client data in Real-Time Intelligence (RTI) dashboards and the Financial Data Repository (FDR).
▪ Support budget preparation and variance analysis against actuals.
▪ Maintain organised digital records and audit trails for every client engagement.
▪ Participate in client calls alongside the Dedicated Accountant to understand business context, finance patterns and industry-specific treatment.
