About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating leads for Mobile App Development, Website Development, Software Development, SaaS, or IT Services.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations through multiple channels, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into sales-ready leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads for mobile app and website development projects.
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, Upwork, email databases, and other platforms.
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients and businesses.
- Execute professional cold email campaigns and follow-ups.
- Build and manage lead-generation funnels.
- Qualify prospects based on their requirements, budget, timeline, and project scope.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- Track lead-generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Research market trends, industries, and potential target audiences.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.




- Previous experience generating leads specifically for Mobile App Development and Website Development projects is mandatory.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills.
- Experience with lead-generation tools, LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
- Good research, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation targets.

Preferred

- Experience working with an IT/software development company or digital agency.
- Knowledge of technologies and services such as WordPress, Shopify, React, React Native, Flutter, Laravel, Node.js, SaaS, and AI development.
- Experience with international clients, particularly US, UK, Canada, Australia, or European markets.
