About the Role

20 Cube Logistics is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing / Pre-Sales Executives to generate and qualify leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have a good quality voice, clear communication skills, and genuine interest in pre-sales and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Generate new leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain the company's logistics services clearly and professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified leads through the pre-sales process.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Freshers are welcome for the role.
- Good voice quality, pronunciation, and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Should be comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.
- Should have an interest in pre-sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Must be comfortable handling cold calling and regular follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, confidence, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain lead information.

What We're Looking For

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
